Delivery
Your personalised gift pack will be sent in plain packaging. We charge 5,00Euros+p&p for up to three packs to the same Spanish address. Packs are normally sent by first class post within two working days of receipt of payment. Please allow three to five working days for delivery. Alternatively you can use our courier service or collect your gift pack from our Offices.

Please call us for information on delivery overseas.
We can send the gift pack to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If your pack goes astray in the post we will provide a duplicate free of charge. Please inform us as soon as possible if you believe this has happened so we can do our best to deliver the duplicate pack in time.

Courier Service
If you need a gift pack urgently, or delivery by a specific date, we recommend our Courier Service. Orders received by 12pm on a working day Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same day.

For these next working day deliveries to Spanish mainland addresses, our non-refundable Courier Service charges are as follows:


Christmas
Last order dates, delivery times, opening hours and courier charges may change over the Christmas and New Year period. For seasonal variations see our website homepage or call our Customer Services on +34 956 796725.

• Delivery on a working day Monday to Friday - 22,00Euros for up to 5 packs to the same address
• Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday
• Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday
• Delivery on a Saturday - 35,00Euros

Our courier will deliver at any time up to 5.30pm. The pack should fit easily through most letterboxes, and no signature is required.
